As I was attempting to clean up the mess in my living room, I heard the news! The Hilltop Restaurant in Saugus,MA is closing. I am sad to hear this - it was one of my family's favorite places. Lots of our family's events took place there. None of us will forget the line out the door waiting for our number to be called - 78 for Dodge City!
The Hilltop will join the European (North End of Boston) in our memories only to pop unexpectedly out of our brain when circumstances or situations present themselves. I sure loved the salad dressing!
