Tidying up odds and ends!
The outline for the garlic cookbook has been completed. Each and everyone of you should indulge in garlic scapes - there is nothing that cannot be improved by the addition of garlic scapes. I just love 'em!
Garlic scapes are available in the late summer and as soon as you see them - snatch them up. Scapes will last up to a month in the fridge.
