Midwinter pasttime!

While I was searching for my garlic recipes (for the garlic cookbook - expected to be completed this summer) I found a recipe for rum cake that I had received from a friend.

Another friend tried out the recipe - it was too moist - so I thought I would give it a try and while I was doing that I thought I would make a maple bundt cake for the recipe to be added to our maple syrup cookbook. Then I thought why not a chocolate-raspberry bundt cake and a lemon bundt cake - I love both of them as well!

My sister and I spent the day doing just that!  They are all delicious and I don't know which is my favorite.

And the tasting plate for tomorrow. I already tasted tho.

And, the house was warm all day.
