New methods, new products for Cardigan Farms?

The yearly review of all catalogues has already begun.  Will the mini tomatoes be yellow or
red, how many types of garlic can we possibly plant (over 15 now), will the new sap methods replace the old? 

All of these questions and more will be mulled over, thought about, chosen while the sap producers hold their collectives breath waiting for that first sap run!

I am not the heavy lifter in the farm section and will wander Route 1 from North to South while more decisions are made - hope the syrup bottles are ordered!!!
